Friday October 4th hall open for set up and drop off of birds only 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Saturday Oct. 5th, hall opens at 6:00 am, registration begins at 8:30am

Judging starts at 10:00 am Saturday

Open to the public Saturday and Sunday

Saturday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 to 2:00 pm

Entrance fee is $5 per Adult, Kids 12 & under are Free

The raffle and draws will be held at 1:30 pm Sunday

(Sunday the hall is open to vendors and exhibitors from 7:00 am with take down and clean up at 2:00 pm)

Buffet Banquet Saturday October 5th at 7:00 pm
